Absentee Owner Services

We understand the stress and hassle of owning property that is only occupied part time. Our job is to provide services to an ABSENTEE OWNER to ensure mountain living at its best!

Security:

• Check all entry points
• Alternate lighting/Shades
• Act as emergency contact for security system (Additional Fee)

Environment Controls:

• Check circuit breaker box for tripped breakers
• Check A/C and/or Furnace functioning
• Thermostat adjustments
• Check for smells, sounds
• Check for pest infestation
• Check smoke alarms/replace batteries (Supplied by owner)

Check for Water Leaks/Water Infiltration:

• Run water to prevent sewer gas from dry traps
• Flush toilets
• Monitor for signs of mold/mildew
• Check window panes

Coordinate Services and Access to ALL 3rd Party Subcontractor Work on Property (Additional Fee):

• Meet vendors. Provide Access. Provide updates to owners. Handle payments with vendors.

• Grocery delivery
• Airport pick-up/drop-off
• Vehicle drop-off/pick-up coordination
• Coordination and opening of home for guests
• Local contact for security and emergency calls
